About the Therapist
I have worked within the charity sector for many years, joining Guide Dogs in 2007, as the Puppy Walking Manager for Scotland and Northern Ireland.nnI have always had a great love for animals especially dogs and currently share my life with two Gordon Setters in the Kinross-shire countryside.nnI have been involved with running pet dog classes for the past ten years. I lightly show my dogs and currently compete in heelwork to music, having been involved in other canine sports in the past.nnOver the years I have had dogs with mobility issues, and while making the most of such options as hydrotherapy and physiotherapy I trained for my canine massage diploma with the Canine Massage Centre after being impressed with how well my older Gordon Setter, Bracken responded to therapeutic massage.

Cuillin had been attacked by another dog earlier in the year. Alison was kind and respectful to Cuillin and was able to win his trust during the sessions. Following his sessions, Cuillin was more playful with other dogs again and moving more freely.
