About the Therapist
My name is Debbie Waters and I have three Pointers, two of whom I used to show and one I currently do agility with.
I specialize in Therapeutic Canine Massage and have trained in four disciplines of massage to support canine orthopaedic conditions and rehabilitate muscular injuries. I have an extensive knowledge of Canine Anatomy & Physiology, connective tissue release, and the remobilisation of muscle to help the breakdown of scar tissue, all of which are required to perform this unique type of therapy.
Canine Massage can help your dog in many ways, improving their range of movement, reducing muscular tightness, stiffness and soreness, providing natural pain relief and generally improving their general wellbeing.
Mischa our Siberian Husky was diagnosed with Spondylitis at a young age of 5. This was causing her to drag her back right leg due to the pain. After 3 sessions with Debbie she was back to her old self, pain gone and off the Metacam! Debbie has a natural way with dogs and I felt very comfortable in the way she handled Mischa.

Thanks Debbie, She has been absolutely brilliant, so sound that she was able to join me on a 6 mile stint of an 18 mile walk down in Wales last week. Since then she’s stiffened up a bit but her current soundness is still a HUGE improvement. Am so pleased with how well she’s been feeling, thank you so much.

Debbie quickly put Ezri at ease, so much so by the second appointment she lay straight down on the blanket without prompting, ready to get started! From the initial assessment Debbie quickly made great improvements. Ezri went from yelping when her inner leg was touched to snoring her way through appointments. I would thoroughly recommend Debbie's Canine Massage work.
