I recommend you give Clinical Canine Massage a try. My 6-year-old Newfie cross often gets stiff. I couldn’t believe the difference in her range of movement after one session. After we finished her third session I could really see a difference in her energy levels, and it was good to see her get up and go without being so stiff.
