About the therapist
I’m Emma Elliott, the proud owner of Emma Elliott Clinical Canine Massage, based in the picturesque region of Wiltshire. Animals have always held a special place in my heart, with dogs being constant companions throughout my life’s journey.
Following my university studies, I found myself drawn into the exhilarating world of competitive agility. What began as a recreational pursuit quickly evolved into a serious endeavour, culminating in my border collie, Millie, and I achieving recognition at the esteemed UKA Grand Finals. During our time competing in agility, I witnessed first hand the profound impact that massage therapy had on Millie’s performance and overall well-being. It became an integral part of our routine, helping to alleviate muscle tension, enhance flexibility, and promote relaxation, allowing Millie to perform at her peak and recover more effectively after competitions.
Fuelled by my passion for canine well-being, I embarked on a fulfilling journey of learning and growth, culminating in the successful completion of the rigorous 2-year Clinical Canine Massage Practitioner Programme in 2024. Now, armed with comprehensive training and a deep understanding of canine physiology, I am committed to providing exceptional massage therapy services to enhance the lives of our beloved canine companions. I welcome the opportunity to support your beloved dog on their journey to improved health and well-being through personalised massage therapy services.

Client Comments
Lightning is a Romanian Rescue & top level agility dog. He had to retire due to a non-agility related injury. He loves his sessions with Emma who uses sympathetic & specific massage to release tensions in his neck, spine & legs. I can tell by the way he bounces afterwards he feels a lot better! Having regular treatments to keep him pain-free is important for both him & me.

I was always sceptical of massage for dogs, thinking that it was only really for pampered pooches, but I was very wrong! My working agility dog has benefited from massage treatment with Emma massively. After his first session we found he had a few strains and issues going on, Emma recommended rest for him and ongoing massage treatment. After 3 sessions he was a completely changed dog, he was running better and faster, his form over jumps was more free flowing, and he was generally more comfortable. My experience with Emma was fantastic, she explained everything in a clear way. I felt very happy, confident and comfortable with Emma treating my dogs and I will continue to use Emma and her massage skills with all my current and future dogs.

Emma was great with Benson, he wasn’t sure to start with but Emma was very patient and friendly. Emma gave us lots of really useful information and was very thorough in helping with Bensons hips and he is now getting up and down a lot easier.

Emma is very knowledgeable, calm, patient, and gentle. She listens to the owner and the dog and is easy to talk to. It was a very relaxing therapy and she is now my go-to therapist.
