About the Therapist

hannah walker My name is Hannah Walker and I run Phoenix Canine Clinical Massage Therapy.

I currently have three dogs and have been involved in agility for many years, both competing and judging. As well as agility, we enjoy obedience and showing.

I qualified as a nurse in 2009 and have been working as a community staff nurse ever since.

I was introduced to Canine Massage Therapy when my own dog just didn’t seem right when jumping at agility.

I was amazed at the difference massage made and instantly became interested in knowing more. I wanted to be able to help other dogs and share the magic of massage! I was so inspired that I enrolled on to the Canine Massage Practitioner Programme and have not looked back since.

I now work with all sorts of dogs of all ages whether they are pets, working or sporting dogs. I help to rehabilitate soft tissue injuries commonly seen as lameness as well as supporting orthopaedic conditions such as arthritis and hip dysplasia.

I am dedicated to improving the mobility, performance and the quality of life of the dogs I see, by reducing pain and increasing comfort levels.

Costs

£40 per session.

My 11 old Dalmatian was treated after she was experiencing back leg issues, she had first class professional care and is now back counter surfing and running round like a pup. Thoroughly recommend

Francesca and Daisy the Dalmatian

Hannah treated two of my dogs as part of her practical studies. She was a real professional, neither were easy dogs, and she treated them with patience and expertise, I will definitely be a returning customer!
