About the therapist
I started to become even more interested in canine behaviour when I rescued my first Jack Russell in 2017 which was a huge learning curve for me and started my career as a Dog Trainer which I am approved by the Dog Training College. Over the years of dog training and walking I started to grow my interest and knowledge into canine behaviour and how pain in dogs can often go unnoticed, with pain being a common reason for behavioural issues in dogs.
This realisation led to me researching alternative ways of helping dogs in pain. I was really excited when I read about the Clinical Canine Massage Practitioner Course which included the Lenton Method®, a results driven approach to Canine Massage. I am now Clinical Canine Massage therapist and I have also completed my level 2 Reiki; I am also currently studying animal aromatherapy.
Clinical Canine Massage Therapy is a holistic complementary therapy which can be life changing for dogs, it aims to;
Rehabilitate Soft Tissue Injury
Provide Chronic Pain Management for the support of orthopaedic conditions like arthritis, hip and elbow dysplasia
Improves mobility, posture and gait
Canine massage delivers results you see and your dog will feel within 1-3 sessions
Cost
£45 per session for home visit. I will cover a 10 mile radius from Dunoon (visits outside of 10 mile radius cost can be discussed)

Prior to the treatments, Iyke was at times crossing his front legs when walking and was quite stiff in his legs with him not having a softness to his mobility. Following the treatments, Iyke is not crossing his front legs when walking and his legs have a lot more flexibility to them when he walks as he is now able to bend. A big difference I have also seen is that following his treatments, he has been able to complete a particular walk without any issues, where he was not lagging and prior to his treatments the last time this same walk was undertaken I had to carry him towards the end – overall it has been a big improvement for the little guy.

Indy hasn’t had any relapse of his knee slipping and isn’t holding his leg up as much as he was when running up and down steps etc. Indy went for his vet check up and we were advised that his knee felt stable. Thank you so much as the work you have done much have helped loads.
