About the therapist
My name is Kerri and I am based in Kingswood, Bristol. I treat dogs from my own house. I currently have 3 Working Cocker Spaniels – Brecon, Dart and Spicy (Dart’s daughter). They are all active in training and/or competing in agility. I also teach agility and am a Royal Kennel Club agility judge. I work as a secondary school maths teacher as well as my Clinical Canine Massage business.
Through my involvement in agility, I have regularly visited a Canine Massage Guild therapist since I started almost 10 years ago and have been amazed at the results for my own dogs and friends’ dogs so many times. Also by teaching agility and judging competitions, I have developed an appreciation for the movement of dogs whilst actively working.
Although I have a passion for working with agility dogs, my heart lies with helping any dogs who have problems with moving around freely and comfortably, for example ageing dogs, those with reduced mobility or orthopaedic conditions. Clinical Canine Massage has long lasting effects and helps to improve the quality of life for our canine family.

Purdey loves going to see Kerri. She makes her feel comfortable which is important to me because she is scared of almost everything. Since starting sessions with Kerri, Purdey has a real new lease of life, as an old girl she was struggling to jump onto the sofa and didn’t want to go out for walks, but now she can get up and down on first try and is waiting at the door for walks when before she would have been curled up in her bed.

Kerri helped Theo rehabilitate after his operation to fix his torn ACL. She worked with the vet to plan an effective treatment plan which has helped Theo recover quickly. She is kind and considerate when treating Theo and I have been impressed at her level of knowledge.
