About the therapist
Sarah is a Human Complementary Therapist and Clinical Canine Massage Practitioner and proud member of the Canine Massage Guild, Federation of Holistic Therapists and International Association of Animal Therapists and her passion for Complementary Therapy began in 2009 when she had Reflexology to support IVF. She couldn’t believe what a difference it made to her health and wellbeing finding the course life changing. Since then she studied and gained qualifications in over 14 separate human and animal therapies, spending years in a clinical environment with Macmillan and working with the Breast Cancer Haven Clinics providing adaptive therapies and massage for rehabilitation after mastectomy and lumpectomy surgery.
Dogs have been a key part of Sarah’s life and is passionate about bringing comfort whilst they age or recover from injury. With a special interest in Orthopaedic Conditions, Muscular Dysfunction and Scar Tissue. Massage is proven to help inhibit pain whilst increasing range of movement and mobility. It is this reason that Sarah studied to extend her therapy to dogs – to give back to them even a little of what they give to us.
After more than 12 years Sarah continues to be in awe of the benefits massage can bring. Sarah feels privileged and love what she does, whether it is to help deal with stress and anxiety or to help with pain management and injury rehabilitation, the purpose of all her bespoke treatments is to create your own personal Holistic Haven.

Client Comments
Sarah is absolutely devoted to her clients, my Working Cocker Spaniel spent 3 sessions with her and it made a huge improvement to his lameness. Sarah did his massage effortlessly, it was just as if she was stroking him, so much so that he was just completely relaxed and therefore compliant. Her knowledge and passion for her work is immense. Many thanks Sarah, we would love to come back to you for regular sessions for Mr Frodo.

Sarah has treated our greyhound, Darcy for 3 sessions and the results have been fantastic. Darcy was very relaxed in her company which also helped. Sarah has enabled us to understand the nature of Darcy’s injury and has given great advice about care going forward.

Sarah is the most caring and knowledgeable therapist, who helped my dog with his mobility enormously. Just as importantly my dog really enjoyed the session’s and bonded with Sarah, to the point of falling asleep in his massage. Can’t recommend Sarah highly enough for anyone’s beloved pet.
